Return policy

The buyer can request the return of the products in the following situations:

  • Packages show severe damage;
  • Products have been delivered/billed incorrectly. Delivery of other products than those requested must be immediately reported. The buyer can request the return for replacement, and if the product is no longer in stock, can opt for replacement or full refund. If replacement with a higher value product is agreed upon, the buyer will pay the difference, and if the value is lower, a partial refund will be issued up to the value of the replacement product. Return and transport costs for the replacement product, if applicable, are borne by the customer.
  • Products have manufacturing defects;
  • The buyer has the right to notify the Seller in writing that they renounce the purchase, without penalties and without invoking any reason, within 14 days from receiving the product. Additionally, in accordance with art. 7 para. 1 of O.G. 130/2000, the Buyer has the right to unilaterally terminate the distance contract, in writing, within 14 days from the date of receiving the product/products, without penalties and without invoking any reason. In this case, the direct costs of returning the products will be borne by the Buyer.

Products must be returned in the original packaging, with the attached invoice, and must not show signs of physical wear or damage.

Customized products cannot be returned. Please note that these products are created according to your specifications and cannot be changed or returned.

If replacement with a higher value product is agreed upon, the Buyer will pay the difference, and if the value is lower, a partial refund will be issued up to the value of the replacement product. Return and transport costs for the replacement product, if applicable, are borne by the Buyer. In case the products for return have damaged or incomplete packaging, signs of wear, scratches, or dents, we reserve the right to decide whether to accept the return or withhold a sum, the amount of which will be communicated after assessing the damages incurred.

In the event of exercising the legal right to return the product, the refund of its value will be made by bank transfer to the account indicated by the Buyer within a maximum of 14 days from receiving the returned product.

Right of withdrawal

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without specifying reasons, within 14 calendar days, in accordance with O.U.G. no. 34/2014. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day the Customer or a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by the Customer, physically takes possession of the products.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer is obliged to notify LIBREVE of their intention to return the purchased products by sending an email to: contact@libreve.com, within a maximum of 14 days from receiving the products.

Effects of withdrawal

In case the Customer exercises their right of withdrawal, they must return the products in the same condition as they were delivered (in the original packaging with all accompanying documents: boxes, labels, instructions/other documents (if any), etc.) within a maximum of 14 days from the date the Customer notified LIBREVE of their intention to withdraw from the contract.

We will refund the value of the product, by bank transfer, including delivery costs, within a maximum of 14 days from the date you communicated your decision to withdraw from the present Contract.

The value of additional services including but not limited to additional delivery costs determined by the fact that a Customer has chosen a delivery method other than the standard delivery methods offered by LIBREVE, paid by the customer, will not be refunded.

LIBREVE may postpone the refund until the date it receives the returned products or until the moment the Customer provides proof of sending the products to LIBREVE, with the closest date being valid. In all cases, return/reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.

The Customer's right to cancel a Contract applies only to products that are returned in the same condition as they were received. No refund will be issued if the product has been used after unsealing, if it is not in the same condition as it was delivered, or if it is damaged. By opening the individual packages in which the ordered products were delivered, it means that the products have been unsealed, they are the ones ordered, and meet your requirements, these products cannot be returned to LIBREVE and cannot be subject to withdrawal by the Customer.
