DELIVERY POLICY
Our estimated delivery time ranges from 2 to 7 working days. Orders are shipped via DHL Express for prompt and reliable delivery.
Delivery terms are determined based on the following principles:
a) Order Confirmation Date: Delivery initiates from the moment of confirmed order placement.
b) Buyer's Completion Date: Delivery commences once the buyer fulfills all technical, economic, or other requirements they are responsible for.
c) Payment Receipt Date: Delivery begins upon the seller's receipt of a deposit or guarantee, required prior to delivering the goods.
It's crucial to note that in cases of unforeseen or uncontrollable events, delivery terms automatically extend for the corresponding duration of the situation. Such events include, but are not limited to, armed conflicts, governmental interventions, transport delays, labor strikes, or the loss of a key supplier.
For customized orders, the delivery period may extend up to 14 working days from order processing.
Free shipping is offered for orders exceeding €100 and weighing under 2 kg.
Order processing occurs during business hours, with orders placed outside this window processed the following business day. Delivery times may extend during peak periods or holidays.
In the event of delivery issues such as incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts, the buyer will be contacted. If contact cannot be established, parcels will be held at the courier's depot for a limited time before being returned.
The seller assumes no liability for delays or delivery issues arising from circumstances beyond their control, including roadblocks, extreme weather, or non-compliance by suppliers or third parties.
